St Michael the Archangel, defend us in battle; be our protection against the wickedness and the snares of the devil; may God rebuke him, we humbly pray; and do Thou, O Prince of the Heavenly Host; by the power of God, thrust into hell Satan and all evil spirits, who wander through the world for the ruin of souls. Act of Spiritual Communion

My Jesus, I believe that You are present in the the Blessed Sacrament. I love You above all things and I desire You in my soul. Since I cannot now receive You sacramentally, come at least spiritually into my heart. As though You were already there, I embrace You and unite myself wholly to You; permit not that I should ever be separated from You.
