  • Eucharistic Mission with Fr Joseph Mary

    6:30 pm - 8:30 pm

Location: 1209 W Locust St, Bloomington, IL 61701, USA

Fr Joseph Mary Presents a 3-Day Mission on the Eucharist

6:30 pm Sunday, Sept 18th, through Tuesday, Sept 20th at Historic St Patrick

Please clear your schedules for the upcoming Mission offered at Historic St. Patrick Church. Celebrated by Fr. Joseph Mary Brown CSJ prior to the Bothers of St. John and St. Joseph Priory in Princeville. He will be speaking over three consecutive evenings, Sunday Sept 18th, through Tuesday the 20th starting @ 6:30pm for approximately one hour., with Eucharistic Adoration & Confession available afterwards.

While his 32 years of priesthood have brought Father Joseph Mary Brown, CSJ, many moments of joy, he highlights three: celebrating Mass, daily adoration of the Blessed Sacrament, and being able “to serve Christ’s people, day in and day out.”

One of his favorite passages is from John 6:53 where Jesus declares, “Amen, amen, I say to you, unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink his blood, you have no life in you.” This highlights so well the fact that Jesus is our food and drink, our true life, and that without Him we cannot be truly alive.

Please join us as we enter into the Diocesan plan of Eucharistic Revival for the spiritual offerings of Fr. Joseph Mary as he blesses us with his words on the “Sacrificial Love and the Holy Eucharist”.   He will also be giving a spiritual talk at all masses that weekend.
