St Vincent de Paul Update – June 16

St Vincent de Paul would like to thank everyone for their financial contributions as well as the diapers, wipes, clothing, and non-perishable food we receive monthly.  To update you, we are beginning some projects to increase the safety, energy efficiency and business continuity of our ministry. We welcome benefactors who are interested in pursuing an individual project, maybe as a memorial to a loved one.  Current projects include door replacements $50,570., fire system detector update $35,554.,  parking lot repair $15,535.,  and east side weather proofing $12,980.

The clothing pantry is in need of children's clothes, for both boys and girls, sizes 6X to 14. St Isidore's Garden is doing well, but we also welcome donations of extra produce from your gardens as we work to increase healthier options for our clients.

Our offsite distributions are going well, and our Monday visitors have increased significantly in this time of higher food and gasoline prices. We know you are feeling it but so are those on fixed or virtually no incomes.
